HEALTH CONTRACT GUARANTEED
Your puppy will have their vet check, first vaccination and deworming administered by a licensed vet before they leave to their new home. It’s important as the new owner to keep up with their vaccinations and health needs once they are under your care. Puppies vaccinations are needed every 3–4 weeks until a puppy is 16 -20 weeks of age. As they get older vaccinations will be needed yearly. I will not be responsible if puppy contracts any diseases for failure to comply with their health needs.This includes avoiding any other dogs that are not vaccinated. It’s recommend for puppies to avoid public areas such as parks, public places where other animals have been until they reach at least of 17 weeks. I would personally recommend 6 months of age to assure the puppy’s immunity has been allowed to develop more efficiently. If there’s a life threatening genetic defect ( meaning puppy will die and there's no cure) such a heart or liver defect with your puppy within 6 months of age, you have to let us know in writing with a report from the veterinarian with an Official Letterhead. If the puppy is proved to have a life threatening congenital heart or liver defect within 6 months of age and is returned to us, we'll replace the puppy for another one when comes available ( breeder's choice). Shipping chargers for replacement are buyers responsibility. In the event that the puppy dies within the first 72 hour period from purchase, the buyer must have an autopsy performed, at buyer's expense, to prove cause of death.If buyer refuses to have an autopsy performed the guarantee is void. Puppy will be replaced if cause of death was due to a genetic illness the puppy had prior to the purchase date; providing all other terms are followed.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by us! Otherwise a returned puppy must be returned to us in good condition within 24 hours from purchase if you shall no longer want the puppy. Your newly purchased puppy must be taken to a licensed veterinarian at the soonest available time, 24 to 48 hours of purchase for a check-up and report sent to the breeder if you want the 6 month health guaranteed . We do not refund any cash unless puppy doesn’t pass the initial exam within the 24-48 hours from purchase. If a new owner fails to take their new puppy to a vet of their choice within no longer than 48 hours, it will render the health guarantee of 6 months null and void. If you shall just no longer want or able to care for your pekingese in the future please return, rather than taking him to a shelter or let him lose on the street.
Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from us.
By you sending your payment for this puppy in either; cash, money transfer, Zelle transfer, Venmo, Paypal using credit or debit card or any other payment form you have acknowledged that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement!
